Kakanui's Churches

Three churches were made in Kakanui. There was a Methodist, Presbyterian and Anglican church.

The Methodist church was made 4 months before the Presbyterian, Three years after they were built the Anglican church was built.

There is one church left in Kakanui.

The Methodist church and the Presbyterian were made in 1869 and the Anglican church was made in the year 1872.
