Meditation and what it means to us
In room 8 we have been learning about meditation. We started in term 2, 2012. Sister Ema Konokono from Our Lady's Home of Compassion has been coming in to help us with meditation.
To us meditation means connecting with God, thanking him for all he has done for us, letting all your stress out, asking for forgiveness if you’ve done something wrong, praying to God and knowing that God is there for you.
Meditation can help you when you are stressed. It can also help you when you are sad. You can also do meditation when you are not stressed or sad. Meditation is an excellent thing to do when your either sad, angry or neither of them.
