The Marcellin College Milolua

The Milolua is a special dance. It is performed for the King and it is also a kava-making dance. The movements show how the kava is created. Here are the words for our Marcellin College Milolua:

Moe 'alofini tapu ke tatala
Kau nofo hifo 'o ngaohi kava
He Pangai ko hoto lata'anga
Ka ke nofo pe mu'a 'o mamata

mo Fakamuifonua.

"Oi kuo holo.
Tuku atu; tuku malie pe.
Kae palu tokofi kimoua.
Pea tui hamo vai.
VAI.
"Oi nai tata'ofi 'a e vai. ( he! he!)
Palu pea fakatatau
Pea tui ha'o fakama'u
"Oi palu ki lalo.
Pea 'ai ange'a e fau.
